Active will ease muscles into stretching; passive will enable even deeper stretches after the muscle is relaxed.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #800000;"><strong>NOTE: Client needs to WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHES and come prepared to work. This is not a passive stretching session. A 90 minute session is recommended (and needed) and may only include stretching.</strong></span></p>
